The public site delivers cinematic storytelling pages for campaigns, speaking, media and collaborations, while a secure dashboard lets admins manage projects, blog posts, media assets and marketing content end-to-end with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui and motion-driven UI.

Problem
A fashion/media brand site needed to feel cinematic and premium without becoming slow from heavy imagery and motion.
Solution
Optimized Next.js image loading, deferred non-critical motion, and used lightweight Framer Motion entrance patterns so visuals stayed sharp without hurting performance.

Public marketing pages and private dashboard content had to stay in sync as campaigns, blogs and media changed often.
